What is a chat experience?
A chat experience contains at least one successful interaction between a user and a chatbot, i.e. the user and the chatbot both sent at least one message to each other.
Will I be billed for preview or test chat experiences?
No, only deployed chatbots are counted for billing purposes.
When do I get billed?
We charge your credit card on the same day you activate your Juji Pro subscription. The charge recurs monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you have chosen.
How are the paid chat experiences charged?
The charge for the chat experiences that go beyond the 100 free chat experiences this month is added to this month's bill. The same applies even if you are on an annual subscription.
How are advanced data analytics and integrations billed?
These features are billed by usage and the charges are added to your monthly bill.
Will I be billed twice if I download some data again?
No, once you paid for some data, you are free to download them as many time as you want without incurring extra cost. You only pay for access to new data.
Do I get a usage report?
Yes, you can access the current month's usage report as well as the expected bill in the Account page of the Juji application.
How often is the usage report updated?
The usage is tallied in real time and the report is generated on the fly.
How can I get an invoice or receipt?
Our payment processor will email you an invoice each month. You will see the link to the receipt after a successful payment online. .
Can I cancel anytime?
Sure, you may cancel the subscription anytime. More details can be found in our Terms of Service.
